• Hi there,

I just updated my Worpress site (which had been long overdue I must admit) to 6.0.3. Then I updated all of my plugins. The Elementor Pro plugin updated with no issue, however after the Elementor plugin updated, my site crashed. The wordpress critical error site appeared, I could not login to the admin area anymore. I then deactivated the Elementor pluign using FTP, and WordPress worked again. A fresh install of Elementor caused the same issue. I am on the theme Twenty-Seventeen. Any ideas what I could do to fix the issue?

    Thank you,
    Johannes

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hi,Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Not one of those are valid HTML links and users may get frustrated at that.

Thanks for your replies, I was an Elementor Pro user, which means I paid for it only once and after one year lost access to the premium support. Or did I get something wrong? But I will have a look at the community forum.

Your site is running an old version of pro v2.1.9 and you can’t be supported here.

My advice is to see if you can remove it and use the current version of the non-pro version. The non-pro version of this plugin is supported here on this site.

Make sure you back up your site and database first. It may break your site if you remove it and you may need to restore a back up.
