Featured image appearing even when one wasn’t specified on a page

    Hi there the linked site has been showing a thumbnail for a featured image across any pages where a video is present even if one hasn’t been selected. I have even tried removing the generated featured image but it still doesn’t fix the issue and the featured image regenerates again each time.

    Wondering if this is theme related or another plugin.

  • Hi there,

    first check for a plugin conflict by temporarily disabling all plugins and clearing any caches.

    Does the issue persist ?

    Apologies for the delayed reply but yes believe this is a plugin issue and will be applying fix shortly. Thanks for your help
