Cannot get to my Posts/Drafts

Help – I was working on a post and Saved it as a Draft – later when I went back in for some reason I cannot view my posts/drafts. When I click on Posts it brings me to my browser with the address My Blog Name/wp-admin/edit.php

What could be happening? I have never had any thing like this happen.
