    Strikethrough text and image not showing on event

    The time, date, mail have the first three letters shown with strikethrough.

    Also no picture is shown in the event text when I add one in there. See the whitespace in the example event.

    I disabled most of my plugins but none of them seem to be causing both issues.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Inspecting that event page shows the content is cached with Autoptimize. Please apply the tips in our Knowledgebase article on Autoptimize, then be sure to clear your site and browser caches, and let us know if that corrects the issue.

    Hi Erica,

    Thanks for the quick reply.As said I disabled all plugins. Obviously enabled them again after trying. Auto optimize I completely removed and added again with no change.After removing it I tried on an x number of devices with different browsers. All the same result.

    I have the exact same behaviour (the strikethrough) on a different site. Also with the customizr theme. The picture bot showing I didnt test there (yet)

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    Hi @derm77, sorry to hear about this. Could you switch to the default theme? Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything. We’d recommend conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

    Lastly, please clear any caching for both third-party plugins and server-side (if you have any). It would also be good to flush permalinks.

    Hi Abz,

    I switched on two sites to the default theme and both the strikethrough and the picture issue is go. So it’s a customizr theme problem (https://docs.presscustomizr.com/)
