Require confirmation from buyer to release payment to seller

    I have a multivendor wordpress website with woocommerce and dokan plugins. The website is used as a marketplace for buying and selling virtual products. I want to add feature to the cart page so that buyers can confirm or dispute the delivery of the product.

    I have knowledge of php scripting if there are no easy way to do this. I` can try to solve it myself if someone can provide a link to something relatable.

    Hello @iqbroly,

    If I understand this correctly, you’re looking for an escrow-type service that holds the product until the payment is successful or vice versa.

    Since you’re using Dokan, I would first reach out to them to see if they have some sort of snippet or experimental feature to achieve this.

    Since your request requires a custom solution that’s not within our scope of support, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
