    Hi there,

I wanted to query the digital wallets.

I have had this feature checked in settings, though nothing appears at checkout page.

Would you be able to assist?

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi there @kpkreative ??

Thanks for reaching out! From what I understand, your site fulfills all the requirements detailed here and the enable digital wallets option is selected; yet, there are no digital wallet options available on the front-end. Correct?

In order for us to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve copied each, you can paste it there and sharing it with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Thanks for your feedback.

Is it safe to share the report on here?

    Hi @anastas10s,

I just wanted to follow up on this if you could kindly offer some advice.

Is it safe to share the log here?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @kpkreative

I recommend sending it using a service like https://pastebin.com/ then you can allow some days for the info to be alive while the issue is being checked. (Once the info is removed or deactivated from Pastebin this will not be accessible).

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

    Just an update.

I turned on debugging and it does say the website is apple verified, though I still cannot see the digital wallets at checkout for Apple Pay or google pay:

`11-16-2022 @ 09:41:02 – Your domain has been verified with Apple Pay!
    11-16-2022 @ 09:41:03 – Request

    Howdy @kpkreative ??

Thanks for reaching back and for clarifying that your domain has been verified with Apple Pay!

Could you share the site’s URL and System Status Report, with a service like pastebin.com that my colleague suggested as an alternative of pasting it directly here, please? That would enable us to investigate further. Cheers!

    Hi @kpkreative ??

Thanks for sharing the site’s URL and System Status Report. I understand that it currently has active a custom theme, based on underscores.

Could you share a screenshot of the digital wallet settings for the store, as seen in the related documentation section directly linked here, please?

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to perform a conflict test, since I was able to verify that no Apple Pay button appears at the moment, indeed (screenshot directly attached here).

    Tools to help with troubleshooting

Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

Please let us know how that goes!

    Hello @kpkreative,

If I understand you correctly, you want to add express checkout with Apple and Google Pay on your site with Square.

I tried to test purchase something and can see both options as highlighted below.

Please note for the Apple pay option to render, you’ll need to enable it on your device or access the page in a private window with Safari.

    Cheers!

    Hi Saif,

Thanks for your message and apologies for the delayed response.

Thats exactly what I was looking for though I still can’t see either Apple Pay or Google Pay on private window mode on desktop or mobile like you have on your screenshot. Is there something I should be doing differently to see this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Saif,

Do you have any suggestions to why I am not seeing the buttons myself?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for your message, I’m afraid, I was going to take a closer look, but it looks that the system report was deleted ??

Can you please send it again so that we can help you to investigate more about the issue?

Hi Igor, I have created another report on Pastebin here – https://pastebin.com/0qKa6X59
It has a 1 day expiration.

I am not sure how I can’t see what Haif has shown in his screenshot.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @kpkreative,

Perhaps it’s the product you’re trying to test with, I can see you have an auction system that is controlled by multiple plugins. The product I am testing is this.

I can still see the two options on the check page highlighted below, perhaps you have a browser extension blocking them from rendering. Try checking out from a different browser like Google Chrome.

As for the spinning Apple Pay logo, this is a bug the team already knows about, a fix will be released hopefully soon. At the time being, you can revert to the previous version of Square as a temporary workaround.

You can find it on the Advance page of the plugin.

    Cheers!
