    how can i do something like on this IMAGE
    in php?

    css is:

    .time {
	width: 26px;
	float: left;
	text-align: center;
	display: block;
}

	.time .date {
		color: black;
		font-size: 22px;
		line-height: 17px;
		margin: 3px auto 0 auto;
		text-align: center;
	}

	.time .time {
		color: white;
		font-size: 9px;
		margin: 0 auto;
		text-align: center;
	}
