I’m afraid the link you shared gives me only “The shared link is not available” message. I’m not sure if it’s no longer valid or it’s in some way restricted but if you could, please, re-share the form export code e.g. via pastebin.com it would be great.

Note please: form export only exports form itself (settings and “template”) and not any submission data – so no such data would be publicly exposed.

Thank you for the form.

It is a limitation to that field, the calculation and HTML will get the value of the first row only, however, we are already working to improve it the current release was phase 1 with a lot more improvement coming in the next phases.

We don’t have an estimated time yet, but you can follow the roadmap from https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/#forminator
