    Can you please check if you have any javascript errors on your browser console? I suggest you try plugins/theme conflict test on your site. You can follow this link for help.

    Sorry, for some reason my comment didn’t get posted!
    I’m afraid I didn’t catch any error on the console and the troubleshooting didn’t help either. However, reinstalling the plugin fixed it. Thanks
