Plugin Strips https: from New Sites

    This is only an informational post. I was having trouble creating new subdirectory sites on my multisite install. A developer and I looked through the system, thinking it was a server issue since it was stripping https: out of all new sites (meaning the newly-created site would have an address of ://mysite.com/mynewsite).

    After exhausting all server-related options, we started disabling plugins and discovered it was this plugin that was stripping the text out and breaking all new sites.

    Thank you for your informational post – which was made as a support ticket?

    There is no part of the plugin that does a “search and replace” and it does not strip out any text, it simply deletes posts it identifies as duplicate.

    We are not sure how the plugin would even do what you are describing, but we would like to help and fix any issue on our end.
