Open hours keep being “Closed”

    I just installed the plugin so the opening hours are all set to “Closed”. No matter what numbers do I type in, once I hit save, leave and come back, they are changed back to Closed. I even get the Successfull saved notification. What am I doing wrong?

    @albert89 It sounds like there’s a problem with the AJAX request. This may happen because of a bug with another plugin that’s causing an error when the data is posted.

    You’ll be able to spot this using the browser’s inspector (press F12) and an error will appear for admin-ajax.php.

    I’ll be around this weekend to assist further.

    I’ve just installed Open hours
    Everyday is also mentionned as closed (and shouldn’t be)
    Time is ok
    Adding update=”immediate” did not change
    No Ajax error seen

    @rdaligny and @albert89, please drop me an email on wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com because there could be a newly introduced conflict between the plugin and the WordPress core, another common plugin or a common theme.

    Hi Both,

    Sorry for the late reply but I think I found the solution. If you go to Setting>We’re Open and under Additional tab there is a Clear Cache button. I hit that and it fixed my issue. @rdaligny give this a try.

    @albert89 Thanks for the update. I am surprised that fixed it… saving the opening hours should be independent of this functionality.
