We use SG optimizer to convert images to WebP, so WebP images load on pages\posts.

But when we offload images to storage by WP Offload Media, the images load on pages\posts in the original format (jpg), not in the WebP format. However, the WebP format is also uploaded; we checked.

There is no problem using ewww image optimizer instead of SG optimizer (WebP images loaded from storage)but for performance, we have to use SG optimizer.`

    Hello @gmtgroupsg,

We have been monitoring your other support topic on the same issue.

It appears that the WP Offload Media plugin will require specific integration changes to support other image optimization plugins.

We will be happy to assist on the matter and verify if there is anything we can do to make sure that both plugins are working as expected.

Could you please confirm if you’re a SiteGround Customer and if yes, post a new Support Ticket from your Client Area, so we can investigate this in more details.

    Best Regards,
    Gergana Petrova`
