Plugin

  • The plugin works fine. But what I don’t like is the fact that only the link in the WP dashboard:’I’d love to help :)’ seems to be working. In order to get rid of the pushy annoying reminders there’s no way to get rid of them but to click on ‘I’d love to help’ or to close them after which they return the next time you open the dashboard. Neither one of these is working:
    Not this time I’ve already rated you
    Remind me in 3 days
    Remind me in 10 days
    Don’t remind me about this

    Cleverly designed, yet very annoying.

    We regret any inconvenience caused. As far as we are aware, if you click the “No Thanks” option and then log into your dashboard again, the notification window will not appear. For your use, we have a brief video that we have recorded. Could you possibly be more specific about the situation you are in? Would you please share with us any screenshots or video recordings if you want?
