3 Problems that need to be fixed ASAP

Thanks for reporting this. I admit that CSV export doesn’t get much attention.

I will investigate what you have pointed out

1. when we try to export specific Signatures, it always export all the names not just the ones we choose

This is the expected behaviour but something wasn’t working to disable checkboxes. It will be fixed in the next version.

The reason for this is that the logic to choose only the selected signatures becomes really complex and will slow things down if a lot of signatures are selected. This doesn’t happen when selecting all signatures. It is easy to select the ones you want later on in a spreadsheet or however you process the CSV file.

2. the export file doesn’t have any identification for those who choose to sign publicly anonymous

From the next version if a person is publicly anonymous, their surname will be followed by a * – thanks for this, good idea.

3. the export file doesn’t have the name of the custom field, it just says 1.2,3 and that’s not helpful

Agreed. It wasn’t even including all the custom fields. From the next version, the column title will use the field label – thanks again
