    Dear Popup-Builder-Team,

    I have set the condition for an OnScroll popup that it should only appear if the cookie of an ExitIntent popup from another site has not been set.

    Unfortunately, the popup then does not appear at all. No matter if the cookie was set or not. Without cookie detection enabled, the OnScroll popup works as expected.

    Condition setting ?
    Cookie Detection –> Doesn’t contain –> SGPBExitIntent1651soft

    All software is up to date. I use Firefox on Linux.

    Is the error on my side or is this a bug of the extension?

    The same issue exists with an Inactivity popup.

    Hey guys,

    by now I have emailed your support email ([email protected]) with my concerns on both the 21st and 26th of October and I am still waiting for assistance.

    What should I make of this?

    I have just written my fourth support request within three weeks to [email protected] after I still have not received a reply to my message of October 28.

    The thread link was and is included in the message.

    I would be happy to get my issue resolved. Otherwise, I will have to seriously consider whether to continue using this plugin and especially in the paid version.
