    When will it be updated to accept PIX and credit card installments for customers in Brazil?
    Because These options are already available in Stripe accounts as the official email I received from Stripe support:

    In order for you to accept Pix and Installment payments using a platform (like Woocommerce) that you are connected to, the platform will first need to integrate these methods into their integration. Otherwise, it will not be possible to enable and use it with the plugin.

    In this case, we recommend that you contact Woocommerce directly to check what their forecast of this integration is, since in Stripe accounts these options are already available.

    We’re sorry to be redirecting you to the platform, but we don’t have information on when they will make these methods available.

    Hi @mimilon

    Our release notes contain information about when a payment method or piece of functionality is supported. You can find that information here.

    You’ll see that in version 3.3.27, support for installments in Brazil was released.

    Hello.
    I do conected with my strip account and when I try a live or test purchase with installments there are this messagem from the plugin:

    NO installments plan available.

    why????

    If the message says “No installment plans available” then that means there aren’t any installments plans available for the payment method you provided…

    You have to use specific payment methods in “test” mode.

    No all credit cards are eligible for installments.

    What do you mean? The link is working fine, it goes directly to the Stripe docs for Brazil installments.

    Ya, that’s because you can’t use a real credit card in “test” mode. You can only use test cards when test mode is enabled. That’s why I specifically included a link to the Stripe Brazil installment test cards.

    Yes it is, you just aren’t testing correctly. Here is a proof, a screenshot I just took 30 seconds ago on our testing site where installments are working.

    @mimilon o plug-in funciona bem, eu uso parcelamento via Stripe no meu site.

    Você já ativou a op??o de parcelamento lá na sua conta stripe? é necessário habilitar o parcelamento lá na sua conta também. Além de disponível,ele deve estar ativado.

    To activate installments, navigate to the WooCommerce > Stripe By Payment Plugins > Settings > Advanced Settings

    If you scroll down, there will be a checkbox to enable installments.

    @mrclayton Thanks! I noticed I had the wrong plugin, now i can see the checkbox.

    However, I have other issue now: I did check the “Enable installments” option, but on my checkout page, there is a “Pay in installments” button with the only option of “No installment plans available”.

    If there are no installment plans available for the payment method provided, then naturally, that is the message that will show. Your payment method has to actually support installments.

    If you’re in test mode, you have to use the installment specific test credit card. There are links to those test cards in this thread.

    But the payment method I inserted does support installments.

    I’m on Live mode, and tried to do a purchase as if I were a customer, with my personal credit card – which supports installments.

    What could be the issue here?

    There most likely is no issue, Stripe is just determining that there are no valid installment options for your payment method and cart total combination. You can easily go to the stripe.com > developer > logs and look at the payment intent creation call and see the installment response object. In that object, it will likely say there are no installments available.

    Check your Stripe account as well, make sure you’re actually eligible for installments and they’re enabled.
