Necessary cookies – settings

The plugin allows you to enable any category by default. You can choose “Category default state” while editing any of the cookie categories. Make it “enabled” to change a category’s default state from inactive to active.

The necessary category should always be active and visible at the top of the list. Keep the word “necessary” in the slug to do this. If you can alter the slug name for the Necessary category to “necessary,” the aforementioned option is not mandatory.

`After set options to activate Necessary-Cookies and save the Button is set “deactivate”.

Is that the right place for that or did I wrong ?

Hi @marsmallow,

The Necessary category’s slug name should be changed to “necessary” so that an “Always enabled” status will be displayed next to it and will be moved to the top of the list in the cookie settings popup. Thus, the Necessary category cannot be deactivated by website visitors.
