    Is it true that the plugin send to all prior customers email with new points balance without the option not to do it?

    Hello,

    The plugin only sends emails that follow a customer action or an admin action.
    When you install the plugin, it doesn’t generate points for previous customers automatically.
    There’s a feature that lets you give points for previous orders **if you want to do it**.
    Emails are also disabled by default. If you want customers to receive emails for their actions, you have to enable them first.
