    I don’t know what happened between SC2.X.X and SC3.X.X but a client reported he can see “a bunch” of tickets +his one when he enters to support page :/
    Can you add “filters” like in “Agent Roles” but for clients? Or what I’m doing wrong?
    On SC2.x.x everything worked smoothly.
