    Hey @maleathers

Really strange issue, because your feed seems to be public. Do you have any access restrictions to your site? like by country, or something else?

can you try the following steps?
    1. Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync” and save
    — At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads and no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest —
    3. Enable “Enable product sync” and save
    4. Feed should be recreated and will be updated on the Pinterest account in the next 24hs

Let me know if that helps.

    Best,
    Christian

IF any restriction can be applied by default due to wordfence?

    Hey @maleathers @airbnbnomad

    Let try a hard reset.

    1. Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync”
    3. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    4. Go to the Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    5. Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”?
    6. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options (with option_name (‘pinterest_for_woocommerce’, ‘pinterest_for_woocommerce_data’, ‘pinterest_for_woocommerce_marketing_notifications_init_timestamp’, ‘pinterest_for_woocommerce_account_connection_timestamp’) , no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest, and no feed registered on Pinterest—
    7. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    8. Restart the Pinterest onboarding?
    9. Wait 24hs until Pinterest approve the catalog?`

After step 6, delete all option_name related to “pinterest-for-woocommerce”, also delete all hook on the scheduled actions related to the group “pinterest-for-woocommerce”

Let me know if that helps.
    Best,
    Christian

    Hey @maleathers ,

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
