My hamburger drop down header menu does not work on mobile

  • On desktop the menu is fine but since mobile is small the header menu has to shrink to a hamburger menu so I can use a toggle button to click to the one I want but it does not shrink and instead is stacked making the website look too much on mobile view. Can someone please help me. Thank you. My version is the 3.9.2
