Image alignment, text wrap & caption, 3.0.1

Since using 3.0.1, images are no longer aligning, the text isn’t wrapping, there’s no border, and the caption isn’t appearing. I’m not doing anything differently than I’ve always done to achieve that formatting. I’m using Twenty Ten, and when I had version 3.0.0, I wasn’t having this problem – it’s only been since installing 3.0.1.

I saw a stickied thread about image alignment and captions, tried adding the suggested code to the stylesheet, and that accomplished nothing, so I’m at a loss at how to format the images correctly.
