404 Monitor is Not working

    Hi, I am using RankMath for quite some time and everything was working fine. Now, I have changed my hosting provider which has caused an error.
    Now, 404 Monitor is not working. I have deleted few posts and when I click on those posts links, I get redirected to the homepage but there is no log.
    At the same time, I cant add redirection. After adding links in the redirection page when I click save, nothing happens.

    Kindly, help to solve this issue.

    Hello @yoyokhan,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Since you have mentioned that the URLs that don’t exist are getting redirected to the homepage, our plugin will not report them in the 404 Monitor as they are getting redirected and not returning a 404 status code.

    If you want the URLs to be logged in the 404 Monitor, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections and set the Fallback Behavior as Default 404.

    Thanks for your reply. I going to implement it as you suggested. What about another issue? Redirections are not being added.

    Hello @yoyokhan,

    If the redirects are not getting created, try recreating the Rank Math tables for initial troubleshooting. Please navigate to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Recreate Missing Database Tables.

    Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
