Lists don’t load

Could you please enable log on your site in WordPress Dashboard menu > Sendfox. Then click on “Reload lists” button once. And then navigate to Divi and try to pick a list there too.

Finally, go to menu > SendFox > Log and copy share the log here with me. It will not contain any sensitive information.

I need to click “reload lists” and then share the log contents, because here I only see the log of account information request. While I need to see the contents of lists request.

Thanks for sharing the debug log with me.

For some reason it is only showing the account information request. And the request that pulls the list information is missing completely.

I guess I have to look into your website WP admin.
