    Hi Andrea,

    Thanks.

Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Mobile Menu and set the Responsive Breakpoint to 800px, and also enable the “Sub Menu – Force Width” option. I think that should fix it for you, if not please post back here once those changes are made and I will take another look.

    Regards,
    Tom

Thank you. Unfortunately, as you can see by going to the link, that didn’t fix it. Here’s a screenshot of my mobile menu settings.

It’s set in an Elementor full width no gap section. On mobile, the column that the Max Mega Menu elementor widget is set in has a 15% width, which would work fine if it showed the toggle menu, which it doesn’t/won’t do.

    Edited to add more info:

This menu is a Max Mega Menu Elementor widget in a custom Elementor header. Its column is set to be 15% of the screenwidth on mobile. This would work absolutely fine if the mega menu turned into the toggle hamburger menu at the correct breakpoint. The problem seems to be that it refuses to do so and tries to cram the desktop menu into 15% of a mobile screenwidth. Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Andrea,

Thanks. I can see in the HTML the responsive breakpoint has been updated to 800px, but in the style.css file it is still set to 15px, which is why you’re still seeing the desktop menu on mobile.

I’m not sure why the CSS file isn’t being updated with the correct breakpoint. Please can you go to Mega Menu > General Settings and set CSS Output to “Output in <head>”?

    Regards,
    Tom
