    Hello
I’m trying to send an email to the user after submitting the form with HTML and CSS code (including a button to download a file) and the email arrives at the user all misconfigured.

Is there a way to use HTML code to make a unique email with images etc via forminator? Do I need a special plugin?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @rakeloides !

I trust you’re doing well today!

Use of HTML in emails has been historically tricky over the years as here every email platform and app has their own limitations as to which HTML tags they will allow and which CSS properties can be used and how.

The best choice in such cases is to use inline CSS, ie. to include it as style=”” attribute. Also, some CSS can be added in a <style> tag to a limited degree.

If you can share the email code (maybe removing some identifying details), that would be great. As the forum here may impact the shared code, I suggest sharing it through a service such as https://pastebin.com instead.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel
