Popup Not working properly

    Dear Support Team,

    I have added popup on button click using different class. and also added delay popup after 30 sec. But popup getting disappeared automatically. suppose i click on Get A Quote button and start form filling after some time auto pop up appears and get a quote button form went off. can you please check and suggest

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your popup.

    We checked the link and can confirm the issue you described.

    We did a test on a local install but couldn’t replicate it.

    Setting:
    – Trigger — Click Open + 10 sec delay
    – Close on Form Submission

    Can you please try the following for us:

    – Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except for Popup Maker and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    – (Note: Please also deactivate any security plugin that can also cause to block loading the files from Popup Maker)
    – Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
