• Hello there,

I have a question about my Woocommerce site.. every time when I’m trying to get access to /wp-admin I have the verification that I’m not a robot. The communicate says “Verifying that you are not a robot…” Sometimes I have to complete a recaptcha quiz.
My question – is this normal? Do I have to worry about this?

I’ll be grateful for your help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Looks like a plugin is adding that. Do you run Jetpack or a security plugin on the site? If so, try disabling temporarily. If the verification stops, then have look in that plugin’s settings or contact the support community for that plugin.

    Thank you for your answer.

Yes, I have Jetpack plugin. But does this verification cause anything else? (for example, other errors that I don’t know about and that might scare my clients away) If no, I can work with it because it doesn’t bother me very much.

It is a security measure applied to login forms to reduce the server load. Unless it is causing problems, there is no reason to disable the function. Your clients may approve as it shows that the site takes their security seriously, and it is not as cumbersome as some anti-spam/robot captchas.
