    Hello,
    I get an error in “Premium data services”, in Spanish, the translation of the error would be “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email for instructions.” but nothing arrives in the email and I don’t know if it’s a lack of dependencies or something else, I recently bought the plug-in premium and I am a bit lost.

    Hi @arcpj,

    Can you please login to your premium support account and open a ticket there? To access premium support click on the premium support icon at the top of your dashboard menu. If you haven’t used it before and don’t have a password yet, just ask for a new password.

    Can you also add some screenshots to your request to give us a little more background info?
