Hi, I’m running WordPress 6.0.2. Yesterday I had to manually install Woocommerce 7.0.0 going from 6.8.2. I had to install manually because the update option was throwing an out of memory error.

After updating to version 7, when I try to go into Woocommerce > Home I get a blank screen. Checking the Woocommerce log it’s throwing this error:

When I try to look at the System status I initially get this error:

But if I keep pressing System status it will eventually work. This is the result:

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are receiveing the Critical Out of Memory error after udpating WooCommerce to the latest version.

To address memory limit issues, there are two paths:

– Adjust yourself

Here’s the support documentation for your refenece: https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/#section-1

– Contact your hosting company. Should you not feel comfortable in trying the above methods, or the above did not work for you, you need to talk to your hosting about having them increase your memory limit.
