    Autoloader options could affect performance

Autoloaded options are configuration settings for plugins and themes that are automatically loaded with every page load in WordPress. Having too many autoloaded options can slow down your site. Your site has 841 autoloaded options (size: 2 MB) in the options table, which could cause your site to be slow. You can reduce the number of autoloaded options by cleaning up your site’s options table.

I am very cautious about this as I dont to start messing around with things and literally crash the site.

Can someone provide me with some step by step instructions to get this matter resolved.

Every plugin has its own process for loading options. They tend to do so on every page because a plugin cannot easily discern when they are needed without additional input from the site admin. You will need to inquire through each plugin’s dedicated support channel how you would handle this for each plugin.
