Cybersource Payment Gateway Plugin

  • I am using this new plugin on our website and when I setup 3D Secure in the back end of wordpress in this plugin the checkout button changes to ‘Continue with Payment’. This then, when clicked takes the user to another page to enter payment details. Trouble is, when customers press ‘Continue to Payment’ it automatically creates the order in woocommerce before they have even entered there details. Having checked the wordpress code using Inspect in the page, it seems the class ‘Place Order’ gets assigned to the ‘Continue with Payment’ button to. Anyone know how to stop the order being placed until they have entered their payment details and pressed ‘Place order’??

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
