Advanced Targeting Conditions issue

    `Hi, I’m working on wordpress eshop and I’m facing the following problem.
    I have made an ‘infos pop up” in specific pages and everything is ok with that.
    The problem is that I need to show this pop up only on phones and tablets and not on desktops.

    I Buy the ”advanced targeting conditions extension popup maker” because i read on a thread thats needed to except the pop up on desktop visibility.

    It continues to show me the pop up on all devices.

    We did a test similar to your setup and it’s working fine on our end.

    Can you try the following for us?

    – Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except for Popup Maker and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    – (Note: Please also deactivate any security plugin that can also cause to block loading the files from Popup Maker)
    – Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
