Can you please let us know, Where you set up the TOC in that URL? I didn’t see any related to it. Can you please share the TOC settings screenshots as well? So that we will check the issue by going through them and get back to you.

I could sent you screenshot of settings but here are no options for me to send an image- altough I thought all posts will have table of contents automaticly, so If I have to set up any additional things, please let me now.
