Full of Bugs

  • You should fix your plugin before releasing any changes. It is full of bugs. We have never experienced this many bugs with any other WordPress plugin.

    One year ago people were leaving negative reviews about the bugs and it is still full of them. We keep running into issues that we haven’t caused ourselves such as no font selection/ unable to load story errors for non-admin users.

    I am sick and tired of reporting these 24/7. If you get lucky and somehow prove that it is 100% their fault, then maybe they will investigate. Otherwise – you are stuck with a bug and nobody does anything about it.

    We haven’t even been using it for 4 months and have already experienced various glitches and bugs that have wasted a lot of our time and energy.

    For such a serious plugin I expected something way better. Plugins that are created by a single person do a better job at fixes and updates than you guys.

    I don’t usually complain or leave reviews, but I had enough of this nonsense.

We’re sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience thus far with the plugin and we truly understand how frustrating it can be. While no software is ever free of any bugs, we try to investigate and resolve the issues as soon as we are made aware of them. Since WordPress is a massive ecosystem with tons of configuration options, sometimes things can happen out of our control, and conflicts like this unfortunately do occur. These conflicts can be caused by just about anything: a setting on your hosting provider, a plugin, your site’s theme, or something else.

    @luckynasan The problem is that it has nothing to do with our hosting or settings. It does work fine for our admin account, so something isn’t right with the way you treat non-admin users and it has nothing to do with us.

    Once these are fixed, I will gladly revise this review.
