500 level server errors for MPG pages

MPG keeps failing out causing all of my mpg generated pages to show 500 level errors. Yesterday, I rebuilt my template and confirmed all pages were functioning as expected. When I re-checked my pages this morning, all were erroring out saying my base file does not exist. However, when i check my file panel, it is there.
