can you send emails to non-subscribers

MailPoet creates a list, “WordPress Users”, that contains all your users. Is this what you mean? You can send to this list. Depending on your use case, you may still need to confirm that these recipients are willing to receive email, or to have them do so.

You will have the option to mail WordPress users, as they will be put on a ” WordPress Users” list in MailPoet.

Please make sure that the list is people that want to hear from you, and that you don’t have a list full of spammy / fake email addresses that will affect your deliverability.
