Mails not sent despite confirmation message

  • Hello,

    I use the last CF7 version, with the default 2013 WP theme and WP6.0.2. PHP 7.4 has just been activated.
    I deactivated all plugin except NextGel Gallery, Gutenberg and CF7.

    When I fill in the form, I get the confirmation message that the mail has been sent.
    But noone get the email: nor the “for”, nor the “bcc”, nor the “for” of the email2.

    Can you help me figure why this happen?

  • Hey, sandyontheweb, I’m another CF7 user.

    Try temporarily installing an SMTP plugin to test sending out emails to determine if your server email settings are causing the issue.
