“new user registration – for user” does not work with woocommerc

I use your plugin and it’s great! Unfortunately, I have one problem that I cannot solve.

I use woocommerce and when a customer buys a product, an account is automatically created on wordpress. Unfortunately, the generated email from your notification plugin is not sent.

If I create a user manually then an email is sent.

I use the option: Notification for “new user registration – for user”

Am I able to set it up to work with woocommerce?
