Hello Felipesantostilo,
I have checked the architecture of your page, and you actually do not use the annasta filters’ built-in options for your mobile sidebar. I’m afraid I cannot be of help to you with setting up the 3d party software, but since the filters are perfectly visible at the bottom of your categories archives, and seem to work without problems, I would advise you to try the following options of your annasta Filters preset:
1. Enable the Visible on screens wider than the Responsive width, controlled by “Filters” button on narrower screens Visibility
2. Set the “Filters” button mode to Display preset filters in a left popup sidebar
3. Save your preset settings, and reload any “collections” page on a mobile screen width to see if the annasta “Filters” toggle button mode is compatible with your theme: a “Filters” button should appear in mobile view above the products list, and it should open the filters in a popup sidebar.Hi there, i tried it but it didnt solve the problem.
I didnt understand the part “i do not use the annasta filters’ built-in options for your mobile sidebar”, what does that means exactly? Is there any other way to fix this?
Hello Felipesantostilo,
What I meant to say the other day was that your “Ordenar e Pesquisar” toggle button is not created by our plugin, and for this reason I unfortunately cannot help you with setting it up!
On the other hand, our plugin provides its own built-in “Filters” toggle button functionality, so I proposed that you tried it to see if it’s compatible with your theme. I have just re-visited your categories archive page, the annasta preset that is inserted there doesn’t have its Visibility setting changed. To set up this preset to be controlled by “Filters” button, you need to go to the annasta Filters > Filter presets section of your WP admin, click on the needed preset to enter its settings, and then follow the instruction provided in my previous message.
If the “Filters” toggle button doesn’t appear above the products list after you change the Visibility setting, please let me know so that I could look into helping you!
Hi there, yes, actually i tried what you said on previous message but nothing is displaying on mobile at all. The ”ordenar e pesquisar” toggle button appears when i add anasta filters and another plugin, fibosearch, on sidebar widget from my theme.
I also tried to remove both from widget and i followed the instructions on your message, nothing worked.
Dear Felipesantostilo,
I now cannot find annasta filters presets on any of your category archive pages. If you would like for us to look into the reasons why the native annasta “Filters” toggle button doesn’t appear in the mobile views of your theme, please set your filters preset Visibility setting to Controlled by “Filters” button, and let me know here, so that we could go and trace the issue on the pages of your site.
Alternatively (if you need your button to open not just the filters, but other widgets as well), I would propose that you turn to the support team of your theme or 3d party plugin that provides the functionality of the current “Ordenar e Pesquisar” toggle button.
Hi there,
when i set the visibility to ”controlled by filters button” its okay on desktop but fully broken on mobile, it will only appear on bottom of website and not functional at all, so i switched it back off.
I see Felipesantostilo,
What you describe is an indication of some kind of conflict with your theme HTML structure or scripts. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you if it’s fixable or not before seeing it on a live page.
If you ever wish for us to look into it, you can follow these steps to create a test page:
1. Create a new WordPress page with the title and permalink of your choice, and add 2 elements to it:
a. annasta WooCommerce Filters block with the needed filters preset
b.[products columns="5" paginate=true limit=10]
shortcode2. Publish the page.
3. Go to annasta Filters > Plugin Settings, and add the newly created page in the Shortcodes pages dropdown. Save the settings.
4. Go to the annasta Filters > Filter presets, and click on the preset to enter its settings.
a. Set the preset’s Visibility to Visible on screens wider than the Responsive width, controlled by “Filters” button on narrower screens.
b. Add the new WordPress page that you created in step #1 to the Display on section of the preset. Remove all the rest of the associations and save the preset. After that you can send us the link to this test page for us to perform the tests away from your shop page.
I did everything you said. However, on step 4-b, when i try to choose only the new page to display the plugin, it automatically switch back to ”shop pages” after i save and it begins to appear broken again on all my collection pages. So i once again had to fully deactivate it.
Felipesantostilo,
What can I say, your installation seems to really dislike our filters! It’s the first time that I hear about such problems with the Display on section setup. If you wish to cooperate on debugging this issue, please write to us using our contact form. We will then ask you for temporarily access to your admin area, to check your settings and run a few tests to try and figure out what may be the problem.
Dear Felipesantostilo,
It’s been some time since we’ve last heard from you, so I will go ahead and close this inactive thread. Please don’t hesitate to open a new one if you have any further questions about our filtering plugin!
