Bug ? Date Archives Redirecting to Homepage if Dates Archives set to OFF

    Hi I just see that my Archives URL ( from posts or native WP widget ) are all leading to my homepage.
    example : mysite.com/2020/01

    So I looked into my YOAST SEO settings and put again my Date archives on ON ( I put them OFF about 2 weeks ago and did not realize it broke my URL’s).
    By setting it back to ON my archives are reachable again.

    Hello @blue_life

    Thanks for reaching out about your date archives.

    You get the redirect when you disable date archives by turning OFF the feature in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Search Appearance > Archives > Date Archives Settings.

    So, to prevent the redirect, it should be turned ON. Also, not showing the date archives in the search results means those will have a noindex robots meta.
