The Plugin still Redirects after disabling

The plugin doesn’t still redirect after disabling or being deactivated – this would be impossible.

Something else on your site is doing any redirect.

If you have deactivated or deleted the plugin then it is 100% not doing anything – it is impossible. There is nothing you need to delete.

WordPress is redirecting, not Redirection.

So, could you suggest what I should do now?

You need to disable whatever in WordPress is doing the redirect. It may be another plugin, it may be some canonical function, it may be an ‘old slugs’ redirect, it may be something else.
