    Hi,

    Customers complaining they cant make a payment with PayPal, so I tried myself, get so far and get the following message in the PayPal modal window (after login to Paypal)

    [Vendor] doesn’t send to this location. Please use a different address.

    This a UK store and the address entered was UK, UK shipping rates are setup.

    Any help with this please?

    Setting to resolved. The merchant created a support ticket via our help widget. The issue was related to some custom code on the merchant’s site that was interfering with shipping method calculations.

    I have the same problem. I have a custom code on the cart, but specifically I don’t care that PayPal calculates the shipping costs. How can I solve?

    I am a but confused, you state you have the same issue, but then say you don’t care that PayPal calculates shipping. If you don’t care, why is it an issue? Perhaps we’re misunderstanding.

    Hi @cosmintonca90

    1. Make sure you have configured your shipping options and that they cover the country/postal code selected in the PayPal wallet. That message shows when there are no available shipping methods for the selected shipping address.
    2. It’s possible you have a plugin enabled to handle your shipping. If that’s the case, some shipping plugins restrict the shipping calculation unless it’s coming from the checkout page.
