    Hi there!

    First of all, important to see. I am a complete noob.

    That is why I like Mailpoet. It is very easy to install and setup.

    Now all goes well and at the PC it looks beautiful. But I have to disable all my popups because on mobile it is just half readable, it disturbs and I got many complaints from my readers.

    Just half the popup shows up and people can hardly close it.

    Now I understand this is just a brief explanation and I do not know what more to add.
    Can somebody at least tell me where I have to look for? How to start troubleshoot this?

    Very kind regards,
    Susana and thanks in advance!

    Hello @cstvnl ,

    Thank you for contacting MailPoet support. I will be happy to help you with this.

    There is a workaround for this, however, we’d need to view the form on your website so I can give you the exact CSS code which will fix this issue for you.

    Can you enable your PopUp form and let us know?

    Looking forward to hearing back from you

    Have a great day

    Hi,

    Thank you very much, Ojoma.

    I have two popups which I will enable now.

    One will appear within 15 seconds. The other after 4 minutes.

    The second one I use to ask for donations as we spend more then comes in.

    I used a form and I have been creatve by giving the fields and buttons also a black color so it is like it is just a message popup.

    Is there a better way to do that? So a popup without fields or buttons? (just a close button)

    But most important is they are responsive at mobile phones.

    Thank you so much in advance.

    Hi @cstvnl,

    I’ve checked your website, and I see this pop-up: https://jmp.sh/0rgiHfg

    If you’d like to change its height, you should edit the CSS:

    @media (max-width: 500px) {
    #mp_form_popup6 {
    max-height: 60%;
    }
    }

    max-height is currently 40% so you should change it to 60% or higher.

    The close button looks okay. Can you please let us know if it’s being displayed differently for you?
