Hi There,

I’ve been getting the run around by going from one place to another but have found the issue to be a woocommerce one.

I am using the wp mailer smtp plug in to stop emails from office 365 going to junk but they are hitting a limit at 25 per 24hrs. After this, they stop sending until it refreshes.

I spoke with daddy/office 365 and they are 1000% sure they have no limits anywhere close to this on my account. I spoke with WP Mail SMTP plug in support and they assured me they do not have anything to do with the limits and it’s from the host. I spoke with wp engine my host and they assured me they are not placing any restrictions on this.

The screenshot of the error I’m getting though does point to woocommerce. Can you please help me resolve this issue. Only 25 emails per 24hrs is horrible and stopping transactional emails sending.

Thanks for reaching out.

WooCommerce doesn’t limit the number of emails sent from the site. In fact, WooCommerce doesn’t record how many emails are sent or keep any email log.

The error you are experiencing is most probably coming from office 365 as you are using the SMTP plugin with office 365, so all of your emails are now handled from office 365.

Upon checking their forum, I can see there are many users which are complaining about this problem:
