Editor not loading, 404 error

  • Hi,
    I wanted to edit a post on my website with Elementor but the editor is not loading, also safe mode wont change anything.
    I already went through this list:

    But cant seem to find out how to fix it.
    The console in dev tools shows theses errors however:

    Response?{type: 'basic', url: 'https://genoheld.de/wp-json/elementor/v1/global-widget/templates', redirected: false, status: 404, ok: false,?…}

    It is a time critial issue, since I need to be able to work on the posts and publish them tomorrow. Would appreciate any help in that regard.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.7.7 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
