• I upload the file and it shows that has been uploaded.
    The name of the file also shows.
    Then I save and the file disappears and a message shows saying that “no file uploaded yet!”

    You can submit screenshots PDFs or URLs in the contact box or write an email at [email protected]. If it is feasible for you to capture a screenshot using an online web tool, you can share the Url for accessing those screenshots as well.
