WooCommerce Not Sending Order to Bookfunnel

    I have a feeling this problem is on Bookfunnel’s (a fulfillment service for ebooks) end, but I wanted to post here just in case.

    Bookfunnel integrates with WooCommerce to send a customer an email after purchase with various ways to download the ebook. We have a client using WooCommerce with Bookfunnel and have had thousands of successful orders, and preorders, but suddenly as of about 15 hours ago, WooCommerce stopped talking to Bookfunnel. We have another client who uses Shopify and Bookfunnel, and it’s working just fine for them.
    I double checked every setting I can think of, and the API key and all that from WooCommerce is entered correctly in Bookfunnel, but Bookfunnel no longer has any notifications of an order being processed in WooCommerce.

    – Please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    – Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
