    We have a single product WooCommerce site. We hooked up stripe the other day, and all the orders come in as On Hold and won’t process until we manually change them to Processing.

    My first guess was that the “Issue an authorization on checkout, and capture later” checkbox may have been checked, but it wasn’t.

    To check much better, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Please navigate to: WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages. Be sure to enable the log error messages.

    After that please make a test order.

    Then please check if there is any error under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Select Stripe from the drop down).
