• I’d like to give it a 5 star rating, but I can’t be bias – its a good idea, a good presentation, maybe in the near future, a good CX. The GUI is interesting, everything in its place – Not everyone might like the dark black background dashboard – Often, its those who can’t see in the dark.

    Nevermind that – on one of our sites, we tested – the data input on one slide appears on all the other 2 slides despite having ‘saved’ changes. And still it reflects the data on the last slide being reflected on the 1st and 2nd. This is after the recent update.

    For now I’ll use Elementor’s slide tango. Depicter must have a functional plugin that addresses the issues foremost, otherwise beauty cannot overrule the bugs.

    We are trying our best to make Depicter better and better, I understand you got an issue and it is your right to act based on that, but It would be great if you can send us a ticket and give us more details about your issue. This way we can see the issue and try to fix it so it won§t happen to others at least.
    Depicter is a new product and we are working so hard to make it better, but please consider it is only 4 months young.

    You’re much older than my new startup but we must be resilient – it takes audacity to make things work – We’ve had to deal with new clients too but that’s the challenge that makes the narrative more unforgettable don’t you think? You didn’t receive the support email? I sent it via the dashboard after updating to the latest update – that’s odd if you didn’t receive it – can you perhaps check if the email is functioning foremost – since it is essential for customer service – I would love to work again with Depicter – it hasn’t been uninstalled in our other site. I understand the quandary you’re going through, we have ours’ too, but glitches are there for a reason, hence why updates are imperative – Love the GUI/UI but hello darkness my old friend … I even have screenshots to attach here, but apparently we can’t do that on WP.org. Nevermind. Do you perhaps have a WA or Twitter account for cxsvc?`

    @averta I’ll give you a five star after that most recent update – it works. But not after having the site giving me error messages about the site being dysfunctional – and having cleared everything from cache to cookies (that monster is going to be bloody upset now) amongst others. Love the idea, but wish it could be more fluid, more “glidy” as in an ajax application, if you know what I mean. O maybe its microsoft – it always seem to spoil our fun!

    Would definitely recommend it to non-techie WP users.

    Please note that our Depicter plugin is only 4 months young, and I think you already noticed how hard we are working on Depicter, I understand you are angry and I respect that. by the way your feedback already helped us to find the issue, and fixed it. about your last reply, I am not sure if your issue has already been resolved or resolved but you are facing new issues. which I think they already resolved, am I right?
    Of course, if you can give us a 5* it can make us happy but this is your choice and if you think we are not deserved to get a 5*, I can totally understand. Please accept my apologies for giving you a bad experience using Depicter.

    I hope you still use Depicter, just wanted to know whether you still think Depicter deserves 3* or you may change your review to 5*.

    Please consider we are working very hard to make Depicter better and better and we do care about each of our users.
